Firm History
The Law Office of Marshal S. Willick, P.C. is a family law firm in Las Vegas.  The firm has dedicated itself exclusively to the field of family law for over ten years, and is located across the street from the Family Court building.

Mr. Willick is the principal of the firm.  He is an elected Feollow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Materimonial Lawyers, and is licensed to practice in Nevada and California (inactive).  He chaired the Nevada State Bar Family Law Section from 1995 to 1997, and is rated "A/V" in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
 
In addition to litigating trial and appellate cases in Nevada, Mr. Willick has participated in hundreds of divorce and pension cases in the trial and appellate courts of about forty other states, and has participated in the drafting of various state and federal stautes in the areas of pensions, divorce, and property division.  In addition to a full-time family law practice, he writes and lectures extensively on domestic relations and legal technology issues.  He has authored a textbook on the division of military retirement benefits in divorce, and was the managing editor of the first edition of the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual.
 
Mr. Willick has chaired the Congressional Relations, Military Pension/Benefits, Bankruptcy, and other Committees of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, and has repeatedly represented the entire ABA in congressional hearings on military pension matters.  He has served on many committees, boards, and commissions of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the State Bar of Nevada and its Family Law Section, and other organizations, and is called upon to testify from time to time as an expert witness.  He serves on the Board of Directors for Clark County Legal Services, and as a Justice of the Peace, pro tem.
 
Mr. Willick received his B.A. from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1979, with honors, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1982.  Before entering private practice, Mr. Willick served on the Central Legal Staff of the Nevada Supreme Court for two years.
 
 
Fred C. Page (Associate Attorney)

Mr. Page graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration, and later received his Juris Doctor from its law school.  Licensed in both Missouri and Nevada, Mr. Page was involved in Bankruptcy Litigation at both the trial and appellate levels prior to coming to this firm.  Mr. Page has an unpublished opinion with the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.  He is the Nevada REporter to the ABA Family Law Quarterly, has authored an article concerning child custody for the Clark County Bar Journal, and was a contributing author for Nevada Family Law Practice Maual.  Mr. Page is a member of the Nevada and American Bar Association Family Law Sections, and has served as a delegate for the State of Nevada at the Council of Community Property States.

Mr. Page's cases with the firm cover all aspects of family law litigation, including prosecuting and defending emergency motions, prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and child custody evalutations, child support enforcement and modification, move cases, business valuations, property valuations, alimony, attorney's fees, temporary protective orders, annulments, omitted asset cases, and NCRP 60(b) issues.  Mr. Page has also assisted in preparing briefs for submission to the Nevada Supreme Courts.  The majority of the cases Mr. Page handles are heavily contested child custody and property issues, and he has conducted numerous multi-day trials involving complex family law issues.

 

Robert Cerceo (Associate Attorney)

Since joining the firm, Mr. Cerceo's practice has dealt with all aspects of heavily contested family law proceedings and international recovery of children through Hague Convention proceedings in State and Federal Courts.  Cases cover the full range of marriage, divorce, annulment, custody, child vistation, child support (including UIFSA), property valuation and distribution, alimony, domestic violence protective orders, and third party litigation.  Also, he has written and lectured on domestic relations for the State Bar and other continuing legal education providers, and was a contributing author for Nevada Family Law Practice Manual.  Prior experience includes complex general civil and criminal litigation in both the State and Federal Courts.  Mr. Cerceo received his accounting degree in 1983 and his Juris Doctor in 1993, both from Rutgers University, and is a member of the Nevada and American Bar Associations and their Family Law Sections.

 

Jillian Tindall (Associate Attorney)

Ms. Tindall received a combined degree in Psychology and Socialogy from the University of Oregon, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors in Psychology for her research work with Oregon Health Sciences and her thesis on Autism.  She later received her Juris Doctor from the same university, and is licensed in Nevada and Kansas.  Ms. Tindall has an extensive background involving crisis advocacy for victims of domestic violence, and has litigated domestic relations cases in the areas of divorce, child custody, termination of parental reights, protective orders, and child support collections and defense.  In addition to trials and hearings in Family Court, Ms. Tindall has practiced in Federal Courts, and Municipal and Justice Courts.  Prior to attending the University of Oregon, Ms. Tindall pursued studies in early childhood education.

Leonard H. Fowler III (Paralegal)

Mr. Fowler is a paralegal and has been working in the legal profession since 1993. He completed over 26 years in the US Navy and has operated his own paralegal business. He has worked in Nevada as a paralegal since 1996. Mr. Fowler received a paralegal certificate from National Radio Institute in Washington, D.C., an Associates in Art from National University in San Diego in Business Law, and an Associates in Arts in Paralegal Studies from Las Vegas College. He also attended National University's School of Law. Mr. Fowler is experienced in Family Law, Probate, Business and Contract Law, Bankruptcy, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Fowler is currently attending night school to complete his law degree.

Faith Fish (Paralegal)

Ms. Fish received her B.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has had extensive experience in customer relations, hotel operations, and management. Ms. Fish earned her paralegal certificate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May of 2000 with special emphasis in Real Estate Law and Constitutional Law.

Becki L. Simmons (Paralegal)

Ms. Simmons has been working in the legal field in Nevada for approximately 27 years.  Her experience includes family law, insurance defense, estate planning, criminal and civil litigation in both Federal and State Courts.  She has obtained certifcatres in criminal & civil evidence procedures, appellate procedures and writing, and legal research and writing.  She has also obtained advanced certificates in appellate preocedures and writing and legal research and writing.

Seth A. Willick (Office Manager/Financial Officer)

Duties include account management, collections, insurance, client relations, banking, computer maintenance, taxation and financial structuring, and employee management. Mr. Willick coordinates all aspects of money traces, including the collection and dispersement of funds owed to our clients. Seth ran his family's bookkeeping at the age of 14 and continutes to help with their accounting to this day. He attended the University of Las Vegas Nevada and majored in Computer Science.
